This programme area supports women who are experiencing ongoing stress, overwhelm, burnout, or
cognitive overload and are finding it hard to switch off, think clearly, or sustain their energy. The focus is on
understanding how stress shows up in the body and mind, learning practical regulation strategies, and
building routines that support focus, rest, and recovery.
This programme is for you if everyday life feels overwhelming, mentally heavy, or harder to manage than it “should” — even though you’re capable, intelligent, and trying your best. If you find yourself exhausted by planning, organising, remembering, starting, or following through, or if stress and overload spill into your work, relationships, or family life, this support will feel relevant.
It is especially suited to neurodivergent women (diagnosed or self-identified), and to women who are emotionally stretched, cognitively overloaded, or burnt out from holding everything together. This is not about fixing you or pushing you to do more — it’s about creating calm, workable ways of living that support how your brain and nervous system actually function.
This programme helps you feel grounded, calm, capable, and supported — so daily life becomes more manageable, not more demanding.
