Physical health and wellbeing are an integral part of how we feel, function, and move through life. Alongside my coaching work, I bring lived and professional expertise as a former international elite athlete and high-performance national coach, with over three decades of education and applied experience in physiology, anatomy, health development, nutrition, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and age-related physiological change. This background allows me to offer informed, practical guidance that supports strength, energy, and resilience across life stages. As a post-menopause woman, I also bring lived understanding — using evidence-based knowledge to support my own health and wellbeing, and to demonstrate that it is absolutely possible to feel strong, capable, and well beyond menopause, while laying solid foundations for long-term health in the decades ahead.
